We are located 300 meters from the Horley town centre and 500 meters from Horley train station and only 1 mile from Gatwick airport but not on the flight path.

Bus stop for Gatwick airport is only 100 meters away (no 20 and 100).

All bills are included.

The bedroom is fully furnished with TV and unlimited BT super-fast fibre broadband accessible via WiFi throughout the house.

We employ a professional cleaner, to clean the shared areas of the house.

There is a kitchen plus an additional room with basic cooking facilities and a spacious dining area available to use.

Parking is available on request.

Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.

Ideally, we are looking for a tenant that works at the airport or airline staff or someone that does shift work.

Unfortunately we are unable accommodate:
couples, someone that works from home, smokers.
