Situated 10 mins from Gatwick and 5 mins from Horley station with fast links to Gatwick, London and Brighton. If person wants to bring his or her partner rent will be increased to £1000 pcm due to extra use of services. All utility bills are paid by the landlord including wifi. Parking comes at an extra cost as it is limited.
