We are letting a large room garage conversion with en-suite in our 4 bedroom semi. You have your own front door. Ideal for someone working in Gatwick or the surrounding area. We are a 5 minute drive (30 minute walk) from Gatwick, 2 minute walk from the bus stop and either a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Horley Train station. Although we are very close to Gatwick we are not on a flight path so aircraft noise is rarely heard. We live on a quiet cul de sac.

The large bedroom has a double bed with side table, wardrobe and chest of drawers, a desk with office chair. There is a tv with freeview.

We are an easy going couple with two young children (ages 10 and 13). We do have one furry feline so you would need to be ok with children and cats.

Smokers welcome but no smoking in the house, we have a garden that can be used to smoke in.
