Monday - Friday Small Room in Friendly Home.

The room consists of a comfortable single bed, side table and mirror with under bed storage space. All bills included and high speed fibre broadband. Its a simple room that's perfect for someone weekday working. We are flexible with length of time staying. Short or longer term. Looking for someone who works in the week and leaves at weekends. Arrival on Sunday is fine and leaving Friday morning. It is a tiny room and won't work as a long term living arrangement.

You are very welcome to use the kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden. We make a small cupboard available and a shelf in the fridge. We try to use the shower room downstairs when we have guests so you have the bathroom upstairs. However our 14 year old son may like the odd bath and brushing of teeth. We have a cleaner once a week on Thursdays. Jason is a lawyer and I'm an artist and Teacher. We have a small Cavalier King Charles dog in the house. He's not supposed to go upstairs (but sneaks up sometimes). We are a friendly family and live in a very lovely quiet and wooded area of Woking. Lots of nice walks across the road. Its a 1 mile or 15/20 minute walk to the railway station and town via paths in the village. There is a thriving little community of shops just 5 minutes walks away. Parking is on the street, but there is plenty of it and its free.

We've had lots of great lodgers in the past and hosted people since 2012. So we are no strangers to guests. We've had both short and long stays. I'm best contacted by email. Our recent lodgers stayed intentionally for short stays that suited their house hunting and new job respectively.

Full disclosure. We will be moving house in 2 to 3 months. But these things have a habit of taking longer.

So this is a shorter term arrangement.

However - our new home will have a spare room too.
