This is a newly built, fully furnished one bedroom apartment near Woking in Surrey which is available for £100 per week including all bills and council tax, in exchange for helping out around the house for around 10 hours per week, sometimes up to 15 hours. The apartment is part of a large detached house with a senior female homeowner.

The tasks would include helping around the house and garden, for example putting the bins out, running errands or accompanying short trips.

The apartment is self-contained with garden views and has its own private entrance. There is a living area and kitchen downstairs and a bedroom and ensuite bathroom upstairs.

The kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, combination oven and microwave, two ring induction hob and sink. There is a toaster and kettle and all cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery is provided. There is access to a washing machine and dryer in the main part of the house. A new tv is provided and is high speed Wi-Fi is included.

The apartment is in the village of Horsell and is walking distance to Woking town centre which has fast trains to London Waterloo in 24 minutes. Off street parking is available.

The ideal tenant will be a professional person, handy around the house, like gardening, be able to drive and love dogs.
