A self contained flat attached to our house. With its own side access and private entrance. It has a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances and a marvellous king sized bedroom with lots of built in storage. There is a shower unit in the bathroom with steam room feature. The lounge is set up with dining table, chairs and sofas. We have high speed broadband set up and have found most people not in need of a TV. Our large garden is a shared space for all and is landscaped with nice paved areas and table and chairs. There is parking for a car and free street parking with no restrictions. All Bills included.
