(House share) Two double rooms with en-suite.

House

I find myself with two vacant rooms both double in size with en-suite.
One room has a shower bathroom and a huge amount of storage with a mirrored wall wardrobe.
The other has more floor space, fully furnished and a big bath/shower bathroom.


Good kitchen fully kitted out with huge fridge freezer, massive lounge, with a conservatory at the bottom, which of course you’d have full access to, as well as the garden.

The property is in a great location.
- Directly next to an aerodrome, which is a fantastic open space for walks or sporting activities.
-Not in a built up area, nice and quiet surrounded by green and forests.

-Right on the edge of Caterham, a lovely local town, good shops and restaurants.
-Its a 15 minute walk to Upper Warlingham/Whyteleafe train stations (with ThamesLink trains 32 minutes to central London) or kenley and Purley being a 5/10 minute drive up the road, so has great london and local connections.
- 3 spaces on the drive, so parking isn’t an issue and if you have visitors there is also extra spaces along the street.

- 5 minute drive to local supermarkets.

I’m looking for chilled down to earth people, who have their life in order.
Any requirements or needs are all good and any adjustments can be assessed and made accordingly.

I’m 28, work for myself, enjoy sports (climbing, golf, running, home workouts) like keeping the place clean and tidy, respectful of others and watch pretty much every movie. Looking for similar individuals to fit the vibe.

Just want everyone to be relaxed and comfortable, it would be your home too during your stay after all.
There is some property work/upgrades currently occurring but will be finished ASAP and looking fresh.

No cats as I have a budgie, who is small and full of character.
