Hi, I have a bright spacious double room in my 3 bed home located in Kenley /Caterham

Our long term lodger has sadly moved abroad so this room is now available.

Our ideal lodger would be considetate of others space around the home but happy to socialise from time to time.

Shared spacious kitchen diner, shared large upstairs bathroom/toilet next to the double room, with additional access to the downstairs toilet in hallway for those I need the loo moments lol.

Shared Kitchen comes with brand new washing machine, tumble dryer, fan assisted oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer

You will be welcome to use our Large south facing garden with table and chairs.

Our Bbq facilities are also available on request, ideal for summer time evenings in the garden!

Due to covid restrictions ONE guest only. No sleep overs or multiple guests in the property at anytime

We are based close to the kenley airodrone which is ideal for anyone who enjoys bike riding, nice walks and the beautiful sunset views.

There is a 5 min walk to bus stop with an additional 5 min bus journey to catherham main line train station.

Or a pleasant 8 min walk to Whyteleafe South railway station

Direct services connect to East Croydon, London bridge and Victoria.

Or a 10 min drive to East/west Croydon town centre

5 mins drive to connect to M25.

This location would be best suited to someone who drives however public transport is easily accessible for anyone who don't.

Local shops and local town centre offering great shopping facilities, including dorothy perkins, sports direct, superdrug, morrisons and many more. The high street offers many restaurants and coffee shops ( costa ) friendly pubs a Barkley's bank and post office.

We have a library, lots of open green space and beautiful parks, country lanes overlooking surrey downs.
