ALL BILLS INCLUDED with use of well equipped kitchen and utility room with new washing machine and tumble dryer. Two very friendly independent cats in the house that are no trouble at all. Very happy and easy going household (only two in house during University term time) in a very green area with huge trees and large garden with outdoor seating. Kenley Station only a 7 min walk from the house where you can travel to London in 45 minutes and Gatwick Airport in 30 minutes. There are also 3 bus routes which stop close by, allowing easy travel to Croydon and beyond. Gatwick by car 20 mins. One month’s rent, £900 to be paid in advance plus a security deposit of £700
COUPLES WELCOME £1,300 per month + £800 deposit. Rent and deposit to be paid before move in date.
Short stays welcomed @ £600 per week.
