I have a room soon to be available in my home which I share with my son. I work in education and my son works from home based in his garden cabin. We have a young dog, Aida, who is extremely friendly and well behaved, and a cat Loki. We are two minutes walk from Kew Gardens Station, have direct trains into London, plus 20 mins walk into Richmond. Close to Kew Village, Richmond Park and the River Thames. We also have off road parking available in our driveway if needed..
The room will be available to rent from the 23rd May 2023
The room has been used as a small double but now has a daybed, with a triple wardrobe and desk. Photos attached. The rent is £750 per month, including bills, and one month’s deposit and one month’s rent in advance please plus one month’s notice of leaving.

Full use of kitchen and cooking facilities
Internet available - 1GB per second, Sky and BT Sports (Extra box in your room - £10 extra per month)
Use of washing machine
Bathroom and toilet are shared
My son is a smoker but doesn’t smoke in our home, just in his garden cabin
