Short Let Studio with Ensuite Bathroom

We're a couple looking to rent out our annexe which is completely independent from the main house. It has a king bed, sofa, 42" TV, table, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and an en-suite bathroom (wet room). It has its own private courtyard with bistro table set. Pics are accurate.

We're looking to rent it out to a professional on a short term basis.


There is a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge but kitchen facilities are limited hence the price.

Our rental term is flexible (up to 2months) and as this studio is part of our household, the tennant would essentially be a lodger. We wouldn't however use the studio and you'd have full privacy. The outside spaces would however be shared.

We're easy going and just want to see the annexe used, we would keep ourselves to ourselves and are not looking for housemates as a social outlet if that makes sense.

Worth mentioning that shorter terms are preferable (we'd adjust the price for anything less than a month) to provide us with flexibility but happy to discuss options.

We envisage the annexe being an ideal stepping stone for anyone moving between rentals or for those on short working contracts in London.

We are literally 2mins from Kew Gardens Tube Station in a secure gated mews. We have a greyhound who's lovely but thought we'd mention in case you don't want to live near a dog (you'd likely see her in the garden).
