Lovely, warm, clean & cosy flat in Kew Riverside

I'm D and I work full time for a charity. I'm happy to bring the rent down a bit if you're looking for somewhere to stay for work as a second home that would mostly be Mon-Fri. I ask for one week's deposit + first week's rent from the date of moving in and 2 weeks notice period to move out.

It's a spacious flat next to the river, less than a 10 minute walk from Kew Gardens station (Zone 3) which is on the overground and underground - less than 15 minutes to Hammersmith & 1 stop from Richmond.

It's a 2 minute walk from the R68 bus which takes you to Richmond in around 10 mins and Twickenham in 20 + traffic. It's a 10 mins to walk to the 65 bus route which runs 24hrs from Ealing Broadway to Kingston.

The flat's situated just behind the Kew Retail Park which has a range of shops and amenities and it takes 5 mins on the R68 to get to a large Sainsbury's.

The bedroom is a good size, double glazed and carpeted with a wall to wall built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, table & chair. It comes with a very comfortable King Size bed. Being on the second floor it keeps warm & toasty even through winter.

All bills are included - electric, water, council tax, Wi-Fi internet, TV license.

The kitchen and bathroom are shared and I live in the lounge which I've sectioned off so there's only a small shared living area adjacent to the kitchen. There's a washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker, toaster, microwave and kettle, plenty of crockery & lots of cupboard space!
