The Room

A relatively quiet and good sized double room in duplex flat on first floor.

The room is located at the back of the property. There is a shared living room, bathroom and kitchen on the same floor as the room with the other flatmates rooms in the attic conversion. There is also an additional single guest bedroom for friends and family visits.

Onstreet parking is available (permit required) and a small store for bicycles. Close to bus links and Kew village, 40 mins to central on the district line.

Existing flatmates are easygoing and sociable and would suit someone similar to keep the place harmonious!

Bills are £152 per month paid together with the rent so £786 per month in total.

Note - the lease is due to expire on the 1st April so will be renegotiated prior to this date.
