Bright double room with ensuite in Kew

We have a bright double bedroom available in our beautiful Kew home as of June. The room is light and airy, comes furnished and has its own private en-suite bathroom. The entire flat, especially the bathrooms, are newly renovated with underfloor heating, air conditioning and even a heated toilet seat!! hello posh life :-). Open to short term accommodation (3-6months)

Currently there are three of us living here and looking to replace the third housemate. The layout of the apartment is unique with self contained furnished bedrooms and a shared kitchen space. *Note: there is no shared living space. It's not something we've missed and still can hang in the kitchen. We are all quite independent and our schedules can vary week to week, but we also enjoy a good chat when our paths cross or go for walks locally. We are looking for someone who is also independent, friendly, as well as, clean and tidy!! :)

We have a shared laundry room, that we share with the landlords that includes a new washing machine and dryer. As well if you have a car there is street parking (potentially need to apply for a permit).

The location is dreamy, 2 min walk to Kew gardens and Kew gardens station as well as bus stops. There's a little Tesco, Gail's and an organic food shop just by the station, for anything else Richmond is only a 20 mins walk away or the city (30 mins by train).

Rent: £1150 (All bills and cleaner included)
Deposit is £1600
