Single Bedroom Available In Female Only Flat

Looking for a female to join me in a 3 bedroom partially furnished flat at the heart of Kingston Hill. Rent for each room is £600 and bills per month vary between £50-£75. The room is very cozy and we have a lovely common living room and a shared kitchen and bathroom. The flat is very close to Norbiton station and Kingston University free bus stop is only a few minutes walk. Penrhyn Road campus is only 15mins via bus and 25-30 minutes walk. There's both Asda and Lidl around 8 minutes walk away making it very convenient for groceries shopping.

Currently, there's 3 Muslim female students in the flat but both my flatmates are graduating this summer and will be moving out unfortunately. I an currently on a placement and will be going into my final year of undergraduate degree at Kingston University.

Would be ideally looking for Muslim girls as flatmates but am happy to consider any female willing to be kind, responsible, understanding and considerate. UK based guarantor needed and deposit amount is £600. Minimum stay 12 months. Professionals will need to pay council tax as full time students are exempt.
