Affordable accommodation offered in Kingston KT2 area, excellent opportunity for a female preferred homesharers looking to live in a lovely home.

We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help, support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

THE ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is well connected to public transport there are several bus routes available just outside the flat.

The flat is a spacious 2 bedroom flat on the 3rd floor in a very convenient location of Kingston. The room offered is a modern single bedroom with a single bed with a desk and chair, wardrobe and bedside table, you would have your own bathroom.

There is plenty of shared facilities kitchen with storage space and dining area, living room.

There is a parking space available in a secured car park.

There is Wifi available.

TRANSPORT
Travelling by public transport is very convenient with Kingston train station which is a 15 minute walk to the station and the train takes 20 minutes to get to Clapham Junction station 30 minutes to Waterloo station which has the Jubilee line and Bakerloo line and Northern Line and Railway trains are operated by South West Trains.

Local shops is walking distance with a local fish and chips shop close by.
Local restaurants, bars and shopping centre are a 20 minute walking distance to Kingston, High Street.

HOMESHARER
The ideal candidate would be a kind and friendly individual, someone who can integrate with our householder and a responsible person who can live with someone who has just been diagnosed Mild Cognitive Dementia, someone who can integrate with the householder who can talk and engage with her to avoid loneliness and offer companionship and who can approach Homesharing with a lot of empathy with an emphasis on patience.

She would welcome a friendly homesharer to join her for a cup of tea or have meals together and help her keep her home tidy.

The room is available immediately subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised.
