Our lovely flatmate is moving out on 28 September so we are looking for someone to take her room. This is one of those unicorn places that you’ve heard about where the rent is cheap and the place is good.
We are 3 English and Irish girls working in marketing, event production and primary teaching. After work we'll either be at the gym, the local pub, or having cosy movie nights in with a bottle of wine and making dinner.
The flat is a light and spacious first floor apartment, overlooking the river Thames. We have a large, airy lounge, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate WC.
The bedroom available is a large double, with ample storage and furniture.
Bills (water, gas, electricity, TV, internet, Netflix, council tax) come to approx. £120 a month, including a weekly cleaner.
Please get in touch if you are in your mid to late twenties and a working professional only. We are not a party flat, but not room hermits either. We like to keep the place clean and tidy too.
