The double room is spacious furnished with comfortable double bed, freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table with bedside lamp, it's in the front of the house overlooking a small green.

The rest of the house consists of cosy living room separate spacious kitchen-diner with large island table. The kitchen is well equipped with range cooker, an extra oven, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, washing machine and dishwasher. There's a downstairs cloakroom and a small patio garden at the back. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a small study and a stylish bathroom with walk-in shower. There's also a loft if extra storage space is needed and free on street parking

Kingston and Richmond are easily accessible by car, bus, or 20-30 minute walk. It's a 3 minute walk to a 371 bus stop and a 10 minute walk to a 65 stop.

The area is beautiful a stone's throw from Ham Common Woods and a mere 5 minute walk to Richmond Park - nature at its best on our doorstep all-year-round.

I'm a freelance researcher and work from home, I also run a small farmer's market-based food business, so my kitchen is busy and fully equipped and I hope you too will enjoy using it. I currently share my home with a delightful, well-behaved 13 year old black & tan Jack Russell so being comfortable and happy living with a dog is of course important.

I am friendly, easy going, discreet and considerate and would like the same in return. I like a chat and enjoy socialising, but I'm also happy in my own company, so if that suits you too we're bound to get on!

If you have a partner and would like them to stay over occasional weekends I'm happy to consider.

I'm also happy to consider short-term lets of 1 -2 months
