Lovely double room in Kingston - NO DEPOSIT

Hello there, we have a lovely bright downstairs double room to rent in Kingston. The room opens onto a big garden and the house is big and spacious with a shared living room. I am one of the flat mates but unfortunately our lovely flat mate will be moving out to be closer to work so it is her room that will be rented. The current flat mates are all professionals who work across different areas of London, it’s a friendly and respectful house, we like to do our own thing but also do nice things together, bbqs in the summer etc.
The house is situated about 10 min walk into Kingston centre and 5 min walk away from Norbiton train station, the trains from there get you into London Waterloo in 35 minutes,
The room comes with a bed and some cuboard space, all bills are included and there is no deposit.
