A very nice, huge double room in a 3 bedroom flat, situated on the 4th floor of a residency apartment complex, with only one close by neighbour.
Just a quick note, the video included in the listing is showing the smaller bedroom, but instead much bigger room with much nicer view is actually for rent, which you can see on included photos. Just didn't have time to record a new video, sorry.
The flat is in a secure block of apartments with code to access, automated gate for cars and CCTV to ensure a higher security
The building also contains a communal roof terrace, available for residents together with a lift.
Only 2 people are living in the flat (we are looking for a 3rd person)
The flat is in a perfect location, situated very close to almost anything that you could possibly need.
There is plenty of shops; like Sainsbury, ASDA (open 24 hour), off-licence shops, as well as plenty of take away places (Great Chinese place just across the road).
Norbiton train station is only a 2-3 minutes walk away, with trains every 15 minutes to London;
25 minutes to Waterloo Station,
20 minutes to Vauhxall Station,
15 minutes to Clapham Junction,
85 bus (24 hours) going to Roehampton and Putney,
371 bus going to Richmond.
Kingston Center and River Thames are both walking distance away.
Richmond Park (the best part of it; Kingston Gate); is only 5 minutes walk from the flat.
Great, bright kitchen, with a beautiful view overlooking Ham and Twickenham areas, is fully equipped; brand new premium electric oven and fridge, freezer, dishwasher etc.
Nice bathroom with a shower and a bath tub.
There is also a smaller room, which can be used for guests or a dining area.
We all share the extra bills, which comes roughly to an extra 90£ pcm. That includes super fast 350Mbps broadband connection.
We are looking for a professional with a steady income to join the flat.
You are more than welcome to have people come and stay for a night social if you want, as long as it doesn't turn into a 3 times a week scenario as my flatmate and myself work odd shifts and have to get up pretty early on some days. Even better if you could let us know if people are coming, but again its not really any problem.
