I am looking for a replacement tenant. If you were to move in November you would be living for free until January 6th as I have already paid my first instalment.
The reason I want to move out is because my studies turned fully remote so there's no point for me to be staying in the UK. I have lived in this room for the past 3 years so I can definitely vouch for it.
The room is approximately 17.5sq meters and is rectangle in shape. It has its own en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. There are 2 hobs, a fridge, combination microwave, and fitted white kitchen cabinets. Also, enjoy your own private study space, a desk with a book shelf and a spacious wardrobe.
The house itself is in Kingston centre, walking distance away from anything you could need.
