We're looking for a young professional to join this spacious house.

The room is on the ground floor and shares a bathroom with 2 clean and tidy tenants. It's light, bright and well furnished with lots of storage

The house is 15mins walk to Kingston Station, Richmond Park and the city centre.

The house is on 3 levels. At the top of the house there are 2 double and 1 single rooms and a bathroom.

Below this there is a Kitchen and cosy shared sitting room with big TV and sofa.

The kitchen is well fitted with masses of storage space, work surface and a dishwasher.

The ground floor is also home to a second shower room/utility room.

Outside us a paved garden with new garden furniture.

The house has a fast washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is cleaned every 2 weeks.

There is some off street parking and a permit is only £7 pcm if you’d prefer to park on the street; there’s plenty of room.

We are professional, NRLA registered landlords with several well run homes in Kingston and surrey. We take pride in having very happy, well cared for tenants and resolving all issues very quickly.
