Hi,
I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at ViBe student living from the 12th of March 2024 till the 25th of August after which you can renew your contract if you like.
ViBe is a 10 minute walk from the Kingston University Knights Park campus and a 20 minute walk from the Penryhn Road Campus. The KU busses also stop at a walking distance of 5 minutes from the accommodation incase you’re studying at the business school. Kingston is a 40 minute train ride from central London and a 20 minute bus ride to Wimbledon so it’s quite well connected.
The rent is 240 pounds per week.
