A light single/ small double room in a friendly 2-bed house on a quiet side street just of Kingston Hill. Available from the beginning of May until mid September possibly longer.

The house is right next to Richmond park and within 10 minutes to Kingston University by bus, 10/15 min walk to Kingston Hospital and Norbiton train station with easy access to central London. Kingston has its own town centre with an ancient market square, with street food and a farmers market every day. It has all the major high-street shops, riverside walk with cafes, restaurants and pubs. It is one of London's safest boroughs.

The house is nicely decorated, somewhere where you can feel at home. It has a lovely big secluded garden, adjacent to Richmond park, that gets a lot of sun. Your room has been newly decorated. I've meanwhile bought a smaller desk and a wardrobe and haven’t updated the photos yet. There's storage containers under the bed and there's ample storage in the loft too.

I'm looking to share the house with a friendly, calm, mature and easy-going female or male, who works or goes to Uni regular hours and enjoys sharing a drink or dinner every now and then.

Someone who is not allergic to cats as I have two fluffy ones who roam inside (and outside) the house.

About me:
I’m a jewellery designer, tutor in adult education, and do jewellery making workshops at peoples houses and events.
I’m half Dutch/ half English, I enjoy travelling, exploring other cultures, art exhibitions, being creative, going for a coffee or a meal, walking,.. The colleges I work at close for a month every 10 weeks and I’m often away in Asia those times. I have a cat sitter (neighbour) when I’m away.
