- Richmond Station for London Underground (District Line) and British Rail overground. Via 65 bus which is a 3mins walk away. Running approx every 6 mins. Journey time 14 to 20mins depending on time of day.

- Kingston Bus Garage. A main bus hub - dozens of routes.

- Kingston University (Main site) 20mins walk

- Kingston Hospital 20mins walk

- No smoking in the house but can use the garden area

Hi. The bit about me.

I’ve always worked in most sectors of the premium level fashion industry, . Most of which as an owner or a director. I became a full time carer for a loved one for a few years. Now, I'm a freelance consultant in fashion manufacturer, retail sector in particular.

I consider myself to be an aware, honest, happy, sociable and respectful person. Extensively well travelled and the ability to respect and click with people from all genres of life.

Enjoy the gym, mindfulness, new challenges, cooking, decent people with a sense of humour, the occasional glass of red sometimes. (although I consider myself to be easy going, my home is not a party house....I'm sorry). Space, mutually given when needed. The house is in a very quiet area with really lovely neighbours. Safe home/area environment, chilled, clean and tidy.

Pet peeves - Kitchen and bathroom should be hygienically clean at all times. That aside imi casa...su casa.

Other lodger:- Female nurse and has been a tenant for over a year.
