Abi & Dave were the perfect landlords from the very first viewing all the way through to the end of our 3 year tenancy. If there was ever a problem (of which there rarely every was!) They would always make it their top priority to get it sorted immediately. They were always approachable and genuinely really lovely to deal with.
The Flat is a wonderfully well finished flat in an absolutely ideal location. With a sleek and modern Kitchen & Bathroom, and gorgeous high ceilings, it was the perfect first flat for me and my partner. Being so close to both Kingston and Surbiton with beautiful walks along the Thames and Hampton Court Palace gardens so close by, it was our saviour during lockdown. The close proximity to Surbiton Station was life changing with the fast train getting into Waterloo in just 17 minutes. Our only reason for moving out is that we are relocating to Essex for work, and we really wish that we could take the Flat with us!
