The room is available from 8th January 2023. You will need to budget for about an extra £60 per month on top for all other utility bills. We collect the council tax with the rent (other utility bills to be organised separately with the tenants).

The maisonette is ideally situated on the kingston/surbiton borders and a 10-15 minute walk to Surbiton station for fast rail links to Waterloo or a similar distance into Kingston for great shopping and nightlife.

The bus stop to both Kingston and Surbiton is just outside.
