Room is part furnished (double bed available if required) and has built-in cupboards. The property has double glazing and central heating. Recently painted with new carpet. New combination washer/dryer. The house has one shared bathroom.

The house is in a quiet road in north Kingston with allocated parking space. 2 mins walk to 65 bus stop (to access Richmond / Ealing), 13 mins walk to Kingston train station and town centre (trains to Waterloo take 30 mins), and 5 mins to river.

The property is let privately by the landlord and is subject to referencing. The landlord is quick to action any requests / issues in the house.

£750 excluding bills which are approx. £195 each per month (including all bills and unlimited broadband; unfortunately Kingston has high council tax).

About me - I'm 39 and have been living in London for 14 years (I'm Australian). I'm an NHS professional, I enjoy travelling, socialising with friends and writing. I'm a social person but also like time to myself. I'm hoping to find someone who's looking for a home, not just a place to stay.
