Double room in Kingston

I'm renting out a good sized, furnished double room in my flat in a gated development in the Fairfield area of Kingston. The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, desk and wardrobe, and has a nice big window with a view of trees. The flat has a living room with dining area, a kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, cooker/oven and microwave, and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, as well as broadband. You'd be sharing the flat with just me. I'm 41 years old, a keen cyclist and also have my own allotment, so plenty of fresh fruit and veg in the summer months!
I'm quite easy going, I work from home (in the living room), but am also out and about quite a lot in the evenings. I like to keep the flat reasonably tidy and am looking for someone considerate and friendly.
The flat is in a gated development within walking distance of Kingston town centre with all its shops, restaurants and cafes. Both Kingston and Norbiton train stations are walking distance (15 mins), and there is a bus stop at the corner with local buses to nearby Surbiton station with its fast trains to Waterloo. Richmond Park and the river are also nearby, which is great if you like outdoor activities.
The room is available now and all bills, including council tax, are included in the price. If you need a private parking space this can be negotiated.
