Double room in a large victorian garden flat

House-trained? Pay the rent on time?? Like a glass of wine or a cold pint? Not going to judge me for polishing off a share bag of doritos by myself? Excellent... Lets be housemates!

Large double room available in a beautiful Kingston flat.

The flat:
2 Double bedrooms
High ceilings
Sash windows (Double glazed)
Wood floor in lounge, hallway
Bathroom
Separate toilet
large kitchen
Garden
further outside space and storage space.

The area:
Pretty much slap bang between Surbiton and Kingston train stations
15 minute walk to central kingston
local buses stop 2 mins away from the house
park round the corner
excellent chippy across the street
spitting distance to the local shops

The boring necessities:
Rent is 650 a month
Council tax is.... Expensive
Water/gas/electric works out around 60 per month
broadband likely to change so also tbc
As far as deposits go this will have to be checked with estate agents along with length of tenancy as we will either make a new one or you will be added onto current one.

Ideally I'd really like someone who is looking to make this their home rather than just somewhere to store their things. I enjoy cooking, music, art, films, anyone with these interests would be welcome but equally if you'd like to teach me the nuances of your weird and wonderful hobbies or pass times, feel free!

I like a relatively chilled weeknight as what with all this rent to pay I have a job however, if you are opposed to the odd weekend night of music and boozy frivolity...do not apply.

This is not a furnished flat so you will need own bed/storage etc.
