Lovely large double room in bright, beautiful, clean, friendly, homely house in Kingston. Great location: Ten minutes walk from town centre, near Richmond Park and River Thames. There is a large Sainsburys and a Virgin gym nearby.
The room is airy and furnished. It has a basin, a microwave, fridge and kettle. The bathroom is shared with one other and there is a large shared kitchen and pretty garden. There is no shared sitting room but the kitchen tends to be used for sharing. There is also good wifi. You need to really like dogs and cats as I have 2 very friendly spaniels who enjoy company as well as a tabby cat.
This is a quiet but homely house and would suit a professional female, not a student. Although the house is very friendly, we tend to lead separate lives and don't go out and socialise together, however we meet up in the kitchen cooking and eating.
You need to be clean and a non smoker! This is a long term let, minimum of 6 months. It is only for one person not couples. £650 per calendar month including bills. Good value for money. Please contact for a viewing. Thanks Sarah
