We have a large double room available to rent to a female occupant from start of March, in our home.

Comes furnished or unfurnished. Can fit a double nicely or a single if you want more floor space.

We are looking for a friendly but independent roommate, as we have a lot of our own hobbies which takes up our time. Chats in the kitchen over tea is always good though!


The room comes with a massive built in wardrobe, plenty of space for a double bed with room to spare. The room looks out onto the garden at the back of the house, so very quite. You also have use of a newly fitted wet room and mod con kitchen. Bills include tv & internet plus all household utilities.

Just a 1 min walk to Richmond Park, 8min walk to Norbiton station (direct links to Waterloo), and local buses to Richmond, Kingston, Wimboldon and New Malden.
