Ten minute walk to 57 bus to either Raynes Park or Kingston/Norbiton.
Share kitchen with owner. Shower room/loo mainly for use by the lodger as owner has own bathroom.
Would suit a quiet, tidy, independent person who likes their own space. If no car would suit a male as quiet road to walk down at night. I have a cat and regularly look after a dog as well.
