Communal garden to front of 3 story complex with parking available. 10 minute walk to Kingston and Ham gate, Richmond park entry.

Friendly flat share with 2 other postgraduate student in their twenties, one currently working full-time on a placement year. Clean throughout and modern kitchen, one bathroom and small balcony overlooking richmond park.

Bills not included but these vary depending on the season. These include: council tax, water, gas, electric, tv license and broadband.

Please note that the current tenancy is for the end of August 2020. The last 4 years we have renewed this for those in the flat who have wished to stay on.
