A little bit about the room:
Freshly painted with new carpet, bright ceiling light and lots of storage/cupboard space. Room comes furnished with single bed, mattress, desk, desk chair, mounted vanity mirror and bedside table.

A little bit about the property:
I've been living in this cosy but very modern terraced house for just over a year now, and have just finished redecorating. It's got two equally sized bedrooms upstairs and a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs.

Kitchen has all the techy bits including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave etc.

Bathroom only has a shower, no bathtub, but is very modern with power fittings.

A little bit about me:
I work in London full time as a Marketing Exec and am looking for a lodger to rent out my spare room for a bit of extra income. I'm laid back and pretty flexible on the details, you'd be welcome to use the TV, invite a few friends round, etc. Anything you're unsure of, just ask!
