Outside

The house is a 2 bedroom maisonette, clean and well maintained, plenty of natural light, comfortable and recently had double glazing installed. In a peaceful neighbourhood, within easy walking distance of a supermarket (Waitrose), post office and some small shops. About 20 mins walk or easy busy ride to the main town centre of Woking. Buses are every 10 mins during the day or about 15-20 mins in the evening.

There is also car parking space outside the house. The room is medium sized and has it's own fitted wardrobe which offers a fair amount of storage. It is on a different floor from my bedroom so therefore it is quiet, and nice and private. We also have a garage for any bicycles or possessions which might be suitable for storage outside and also a loft for cases etc. Lounge, bathroom and kitchen are shared. There is a washing machine.

I am Adrian, English, and retraining from HR professional to be an electrician. I have a daughter and also a girlfriend who both live in Woking and will sometimes come here to eat or see me at weekends. We are pescetarian, meaning that we eat fish but not meat. We are sociable and open minded people used to sharing and looking for someone who will enjoy living here.

Electricity is on a meter key, so the bill will be shared between us. Details can be discussed on viewing. Please also be aware that council tax is not included in the rent.
