I have built a lean to along the side of the house by the back door which is very handy for drying washing and storage. And parking is available in the road at the front of property. I have just had the main part of the property refurbished which consists of new boiler and rads throughout and all new led lighting throughout plus plastering in every room In the living room I have had put in oak flooring with a log burner. And the two bedrooms and the stairs have been re-carpeted. The front door opens into a small porch which is off the living room which is roughly about 22 by 12 feet. A new kitchen consists of a six hob cooker range cooker and plenty of cupboard space which leads to a little passage to the back door and also to he bathroom which has a shower/bath toilet and sink with a heater rail and rad and tiled through out both the bathroom and kitchen has been refurbished within the last 6 years . The double bedroom which is for rent consists of double bed a bedside table and a possibly a wardrobe. The property is also double glazed through out which has been done in the last 5 years and is clean and tidy. Cable tv and wireless broadband is available. Leatherhead train station is 8-10 mins walk away which your able to get to Waterloo and Victoria also Dorking and Guildford. Buses run to Epsom and Kingston and Leatherhead town is 15 mins walk away and the M25 is 1 minute away. I'm looking for a professional easy going clean and tidy male/female. I expect the perspective occupant to help with the cleaning which I feel is not unreasonable. I have stated 7 days a week lodger but I would prefer someone only stays Monday to Friday as that is what the last couple of lodgers have done but it is not essential.
