Bedroom available near station in Leatherhead

Double bedroom available in bright 2 bed in Leatherhead, live in landlord (me) is 37 and works in London. Am pretty chilled, looking for similar.

40 minutes to either Victoria or Waterloo, can be as little as £10 a day to commute in.

Very light, floor to ceiling windows in every room. But still fairly private despite that due to reflective coating & privacy screens.

On a quiet street
Neighbours also quiet, although its a block of flats you don’t share any walls with a neighbour.
