2 Bed Flat in Leatherhead

Hi! I’m 21 and moving into my first place, so I’m looking for a flatmate to share with. I enjoy going out and socialising, but I also really value chilled nights in and my own downtime.

I’m respectful of personal space and understand that everyone needs their own time, but it would be great to live with someone who’s also up for hanging out now and then — whether that’s grabbing drinks, watching something, or just catching up after work.

I’m very easygoing and like to keep the space clean and tidy. Looking for someone similar who’s relaxed, considerate, and up for a good balance of social and independent living.
