Hi. I have made the decision to rent out my room again. This is a very good sized double room. My last lodger left about a year ago and was here for nearly 8 years. I would like a non smoking female only.. I have 4 dogs two of which are German shepherds. For this reason whoever takes my room must be very confident and love dogs. I work 5 night shifts a week so most nights the tenant will be alone. And all dogs come with me to work. There is an excellent shower in the bathroom and a decent fully equipped kitchen. Very close to M3. Quiet location.
