Lovely single room in bright, modern flat :)

The room! :)

Hey renters!

I'm sadly moving out of our lovely flat to be closer to work, and so we have a single room available in Morden/Merton, with some FAB gals. The flat is the first and second floor - the bathroom and bedrooms are on the first floor, and the open-plan living area with mini balcony is on the top floor!) The property is recently refurbished so modern and clean feel, but lovely big sofas, under floor heating in the bathroom, and lovely sliding doors/windows in the living area that are perfect for watching sunsets, fireworks or summer parties! We all work from home some days and there's tons of space upstairs for us to do so, so no problems there if you need a home office.

The area is lovely and quiet, families either side of us, but we are able to have people round/a boogie with friends as we have no-one underneath us, so that's great! 20 minute walk from Wimbledon which is full of coffee shops, cinemas and clothes shops, and the lovely Wimbledon common! The flat is a 10 minute walk from Morden Station (Northern Line) and 5 minute walk from South Merton (Thameslink), so very easy access into London.

The room is a single room and comes furnished with a wardrobe and bed (it's currently a loft bed as I wanted a mini sofa underneath to chill out on! If you wanted a normal bed I'm sure you could speak to the landlord about it). The pictures make it look like a box room but it's actually pretty spacious - I aways have space to do a bit of yoga/stretching in the morning, fit my bike in, and my housemates kindly let me keep my wardrobe in the space on the landing so the room doesn't feel cramped.

£550 for the room (the others are a bit bigger and they pay £600), plus bills, which usually come to about £100.

Pets welcome! Claudia has a lovely labradoodle called Dora (she is moving out soon so Dora will go with her), but the landlord is keen for pets as she loves dogs and cats! Not a must have though obviously, just open to fluffy friends.

If you're interested I'm flexible with a move in date (any time from 18th November). Come and visit, I promise the flat won't disappoint!
