Tenant MUST work from home for Minimum 4 days a a week Mon/Fri as i have a dog that can't be alone all day. Female only because of Doggo. He is aggressive toward Men in the house and has only ever lived with me and my ex partner (Female) and my current lodger (Female)

This is cheap, and an outstanding deal for the right person. I work 9am-4pm for 4 days a week so i need someone who's gonna be good with a big goofy dog at home and give him his lunch while i'm out. He doesn't need walking (i do all that in the mornings/afternoons) or constant attention i just don't want him alone all day

If you move in here you'll get your bedroom in the house PLUS your very own workspace/Chill out room in the form of a Cabin, at the end of the Garden by the river. It has heating and Wifi.

Big goofy dog is very well behaved but is partial to jump in and talk on a zoom meeting.

This is priced to attract the RIGHT person, the right person

-Will understand every day is a workday to me so doesn't come in drunk at 3am waking dog up
-doesn't have male guests (Doggo's rule not mine, he's still in training with this)
-doesn't do drugs
-is professional and courteous

About me- i work as an Electrician 4 days a week and one day a week from home.

i also work at boxing shows a lot the weekends, so my ex takes him most weekends.

i'm brilliant to live with, clean, quiet, courteous.

this is a two way deal where my dog absolutely comes first. Existing tenant is going to Thailand for a month at the end of April and thats obviously no good for me so i'm having to find someone to offer this amazing living arrangement to.
