Sunny and bright single room available now in a friendly, clean and spacious house in Tooting.

The room is fully furnished, with a good quality single bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a soft carpet. Some extra storage is available too. .

In the house, there is a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a green garden with a bonfire.

You will be sharing with 3 professionals who enjoy spending time together but also respect each other's space.

We are looking for a flatmate who is friendly, respectful and clean.

The place is well situated 3 minutes’ walk from Tooting train station; there are plenty of buses available 44, 77, 264, 270, 280, 355. It's 30 minutes to Victoria station. Closest tube: Tooting Broadway.

The area is lively, with plenty of local shops, 2 supermarkets, few small restaurants and take away. There is a small common with an outdoor fitness equipment next to the house.

Bills are included (water, gas and electricity, Internet and council tax). On street parking is available in front of the house, free of charge.

The room is available from Monday 06 Jul and can be rented on a weekly basis too.

Rent is £520 per month, all bills are included.
Refundable deposit is £260 only.
