All bills (gas, electricity, water and council tax) are included. Broadband is complementary with a strong signal throughout the house. There is also a parking space available on the driveway.

Great location 8 mins walk to Mitcham tram stop or Mitcham Junction train/tram Station. 
Trains: every 15 minutes into Central London, Clapham Junction or to the South. 
Trams: every 5 minutes towards East Croydon or Wimbledon.
Bus services: ample choice of bus services a 10 minute walk away into mitcham town centre towards Morden, Tooting, Sutton, Streatham, Croydon and more.

If keeping fit is on the agenda, there are a choice of gyms with Cannons Leisure Centre the closest just a 5 minute walk away which has a pool, gym, squash courts and other facilities.

The house is located near several fantastic green spaces and parks. You can follow the Wandle trail alongside the River Wandle should going for leisurely walks or running be your thing.  

The Ravensbury Gastro pub/bar/night club is a 5 minute walk away, so you can always count on great food, cocktails and a very convenient evening out.

ABOUT ME: Silly sense of humour, always friendly, occasionally a chatterbox, professional female who likes long walks, running, and sitting in the sun!  When I’m not working, I socialise with friends and spend quality time with family.
Im organised and keep the house clean and tidy. I respect privacy and the lucky person will have free reign of the room (so no prying from me) but I kindly request that you be respectful of the house ☺. The room is currently vacant and available for viewing in person or via video call.
