The house is located in Mitcham, close to the Streatham Vale border, in a nice quiet residential area.

Double bedroom one is located on the ground floor, with views of the garden. The room is light and airy and has been newly decorated, and will house a new double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The flooring is currently new laminate wood effect, this will be covered with large new rugs.

Double bedroom two is located on the first floor of the property, The double bedroom has been newly decorated and has a new double bed, a chest of drawers and wardrobe and new bedroom carpet.

The property has a back garden, which has been fitted with a rotary airer for clothes drying. Street parking is freely available.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with all the usual mod cons, washing machine/
microwave/toaster/fridge freezer etc.

The lovely bathroom (which also has a shower) and toilet, are two separate rooms, with the toilet also housing a cloakroom basin.
