Close to St Georges Hospital.

There are great local amenities all less than 10 minute walk including Sainsburys, Aldi, a range of Gyms, M&S, Boots, Nando's & Starbucks. Wimbledon & Tooting are also nearby with additional transport links. shops, bars and restaurants.

The rooms are fully furnished and renovated to a modern finished. There is a shared kitchen, living room, utility area and bathroom. The house has broadband, washing machine, fridge/freezer and spacious garden with BBQ and patio area.

A deposit of 1 month's rent is required. Please note that the co-owner lives in one room
