I have a cosy, quirky and quite one-bed ground floor flat in Mitcham which will be available for rent. It is a short 10-12 min walk from the Colliers Wood tube station and a 4 min walk to the bus stop.

The flat has a double bedroom, bathroom with full sized bath, kitchen with microwave, oven etc, a separate dinning area and a living room. So it is large for a one bed and yet easy to maintain.

The flat can be partly furnished or fully furnished depending on your situation.

I am looking for a trustworthy person or couple who would like to rent the flat, ideally long term. It would suit other young professionals or students who are looking for their own space.
