It has everything you could want practically on your doorstep; gyms, bars, restaurants etc. This is coupled with the fact that our home is very quiet and peaceful with really kind and outgoing housemates. Also, the transport links are great!

Getting to work, exploring the city or visiting friends should be real easy!

🚌Our place is 10 min bus ride to Tooting Broadway Station. Therefore getting to:
8 minutes to get to Clapham Common
20 minutes to get to Waterloo
23 minutes to get to London Bridge

*Mitcham Eastfields station is only 10 mins walk away.
3 minutes to get to Mitcham Junction
12 minutes to get to Clapham Junction
15 minutes to get to Brixton Station

*Tooting Railway is 5 mins walk from the property.
5 minutes to get to Clapham Common
5 minutes to get to Wimbeldon
20 minutes to get to Waterloo
20 minutes to get to London Bridge

💪MY MISSION
My goal is to provide you with a comfortable, easy stay that will enhance your living experience, not hinder it. I know from experience the pain of dealing with landlords who don't care to get things fixed or even worse; who turn up every 5 mins to check the house over believe me, I am not like that.

I will be there for you if you have any questions, need repairs, need advice about what to do or how to get around, or have any other requests or concerns. I know plumbers, electricians, and handymen on call in case of any repair problems that pop up. If you need anything I'll get back to you within 24 hours or less.

📍THE AREA
Tooting is widely considered to be THE most up and coming area in London. It boasts some excellent restaurants and cafes and new cool bars popping up almost every day. Tooting's huge, lush Common is a great place to take a walk or run, sightsee the many horses trotting around, and if the weather is right, take a dip into the enormous open air Lido pool.

I only ask for £100 deposit and I only accept applicants I like and trust. I do require the first and last month's rent up front.
