You would be replacing my name in the contract, so references will be needed. There is 1 year and 3 months left on the original contact. We also furnished the house when we moved in, so I can sell on the Ikea bed and mattress that was bought new for the room £115. And shares in the sitting room furniture. (Sofa, dining chairs and curtains - £75).
