Hello! We are three penultimate year graduate entry medical students at St George's University of London. We are looking for another person to join us in a four-bed (two bathroom) house in Figges Marsh (Fir Tree Avenue, between George’s and St Helier, close to Mitcham Eastfields station).

Rent £552 + £50 bills (including virgin media broadband) = £602
Where - CR4, Fir Tree Avenue. 6 min walk to Mitcham Eastfields, 10 min walk to Tooting overground, 20 min walk to Tooting Broadway tube. Walking distance to St George’s.
Room comes furnished with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers
Sharing with 3 graduate entry medical students at SGUL
Contract starts 1st September but move in can be organised for earlier
House has; dishwasher, washing machine, lots of kitchen space, nice garden and summer house (very large). We personally own a rice cooker, bread maker, and grill.
